Staying at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong is all about grandeur. From the exterior to the very essence of the hotel, its ambiance exudes sophistication and elegance.

Upon entering the lobby and looking around, the decor, hardware and software facilities, escalators, and even the table top flower arrangements all make you naturally forget your worries and happily settle into the Grand Hyatt.

The hotel boasts 549 guest rooms, with 70% of the rooms offering the unique experience of enjoying Victoria Harbour’s stunning views while sitting on the beds.

Grissini Italian Restaurant

Grissini Italian Restaurant takes its name from the freshly made and baked breadsticks (Grissini) it offers every day. Before tasting the first bite of authentic Italian cuisine, you first get to experience the traditional flavours from the southern region of Italy.

Head Chef Valerio Giuseppe Mandile uses only the freshest and highest quality ingredients to create authentic Italian dishes with unique creative elements.

The hot and crispy Grissini breadsticks, dipped in oil and vinegar, are so delicious that one can easily lose track of how many they’ve eaten.A special drink at the table always adds an extra touch of ambiance to the occasion. I love the lively atmosphere.

Chef Valerio intentionally selects fresh ingredients from the southern region of Italy, incorporating his hometown flavours into the dishes, and strives to combine the highest quality ingredients with innovative cooking techniques.

I love the plating of the dishes. My friend said the beef was delicious, but couldn’t take their eyes off the “skinny and muscular” breadsticks. The seafood spaghetti is not overly rich, with QQ noodles and a delicious but not overpowering sauce that is sure to delight your taste buds.

What deserves special praise is that every customer who has visited Grissini has nothing but praise for the seemingly unremarkable breadsticks, which, when paired with extra virgin olive oil and the restaurant’s own blend of Italian black vinegar, is absolutely delicious.

The Pollo Piemontese Cotto in Pentola D’argilla is a popular dish that features delicious roasted chicken with juicy and succulent meat that oozes flavour when cut.The Orange Blossom Semifreddo is so beautiful that I almost didn’t want to eat it... but of course I did.

Grissini not only serves breakfast and lunch, but its dinner time slots are often difficult to book due to the great dining atmosphere and delicious food.

The clear soup with wontons is another delicious option.A bowl of soup noodles in the morning is the perfect start to any day.
