Dubbed as “Blue Chip Indulgence”, the 42-seats Restaurant Blanc at Macalister Mansion offers guests with remarkable French-Asian fine dining cuisine. Its beautifully designed dining environment encapsulates the elegance yet cosy ambiance, adding a feather in its cap with Bronze in A’Design Award & Competition 2020.

Headed by Chef Benny Yeoh with his working experience in Singapore’s Michelin-starred restaurants, expect seasonal changes of the menu that is ingredient-focused, refined presentation and healthful emphasis.
