Copper Restaurant offers an interpretative cuisine that champions the use of local ingredients, and is unique with its bold reinterpretation of traditional Malaysian flavours and classic dishes.
During the food review, we tried the innovative spin on local favourites dishes such as compressed watermelon & Hokkaido Scallops, roasted mushroom scallop, cous cous ulam, roast chicken with laksa broth, Eton Mess with mixed berries and petit four artisan chocolate, all relishing a burst of flavours in every bite.
Complementing the full table service restaurant, Copper Bar also offers a wide range of specially crafted cocktails, gin, niche wine, beer and spirits, including a range of non-alcoholic beverages, offering guests and drinks aficionados the perfect place to unwind and spend a relaxing night in.
