Winners of Travel Supplier Awards are determined by TTG readers voting for their favourite organisations based on a listed set of criteria. In the Best Hotel category, the criteria include best services and facilities, best range of value-added benefits, and most professional sales and marketing team in terms of innovative ideas and servicing.

"We are grateful to our loyal customers and industry partners without whose friendship and support this win could not have been possible," said Mr Tan Kim Seng, Chief Operating Officer, Meritus Hotels & Resorts. "This recognition is testament to the enduring power of Mandarin Orchard Singapore as an iconic hospitality brand, and to the tireless effort of everyone on the hotel team who continuously strive to elevate the guest experience and deliver on our promise of Asian Grace, Warmth, and Care."
