Stunning verre églomisé glass and bronze sash screens by New York artist,Lisa Stimpson mark the gilded entrance to Rosewood Hong Kong’s elegant and alluring, all-day lounge - The Butterfly Room.

At The Butterfly Room, diners are invited to enjoy everything; from elegant continental breakfasts to chic coffee breaks and sophisticated pre-dinner drinks.

Afternoon Tea is a show-stopping highlight, as patrons are transported to some of Europe’s most exquisite tea rooms with a glamourous and modern progression of savoury bites and finger sandwiches followed by fluffy homemade scones, irresistible pastries and indulgent confections by resident pastry maestro and Area Executive Pastry Chef, Holger Deh.

Butterfly Patisserie also houses a selection of Signature items which include beloved classics such as Black Forest Cake (a nod to chef Deh’s Germanic roots) as well as more inventive confections such as the Butterfly Kisses, a refreshing yet indulgent medley of chocolate-covered marshmallow and zesty fruit gelée.
