Conveniently located in Hong Kong’s most vibrant and authentic Eastern district, City Garden Hotel brings the experience of traditions and cultural touchstones from the city to its guests.

Its newly renovated room is furnished in soothing neutral tones with a cool mood, giving guests the ideal place to relax. I also enjoyed browsed through neighbouring hawker stalls, discovering local delights and explore the bustling streets of Fortress Hill and North Point, immersing myself in the culture, cuisines and colours of the local community.

Hong Kong is famous for its Cantonese cuisine. The hotel’s Michelin Guide recommended and award-wining restaurant YUÈ serves authentic Cantonese recipes, signature dim sum, creative specialities and Chinese delicacies. I was impressed with its seared star garoupa fillet with fish maw on egg white with truffle sauce, double-boiled almond soup with fish maw and pork tendon, chilled sweetened seaweed soup with osmanthus jelly.

The hotel offers 613 elegantly furnished hotel rooms. The Club Lounge located on the 25th floor also welcomes guests with an exclusive retreat.
