The menu blends traditional and contemporary flavours, featuring foie gras, French onion soup, carefully selected seafood, and exquisite meat dishes. Chartreuse also places great emphasis on plating artistry and fine French wines, creating a romantic and elegant dining atmosphere reminiscent of a high-end Parisian restaurant.
Pacific Rim – A Pan-Asian Dining Experience
Pacific Rim attracts not only Asian guests but also Western travellers who adore its diverse Asian flavours. Its menu spans Japanese, Chinese, Thai, and Vietnamese styles, offering dim sum, sushi, Thai curries, and more. One standout dish is the Lobster Tempura, crispy, aromatic, and absolutely delicious.
The restaurant’s contemporary artistic interior makes it one of the most photographed spots on the ship. After each meal, the culinary team, often from the Philippines—comes out to greet guests and gather feedback, adding a warm and personal touch to the dining experience.
Prime 7 – The Signature American Steakhouse
Before your meal, enjoy a pre-dinner drink at the bar while taking in the ocean views. Prime 7 was my first dinner aboard the ship, and I was eager to try its famous steaks.
Known for its elegant ambiance and premium cuts, Prime 7 evokes the charm of classic New York or Chicago steakhouses. The menu features dry-aged favourites such as filet mignon, New York strip, and bone-in ribeye, along with luxurious options like Alaskan king crab legs and Colorado lamb chops.

As the ship’s main restaurant, Compass Rose offers an indulgent breakfast selection, including a caviar breakfast with champagne on Sundays. On select days during the journey, the restaurant also hosts an international seafood buffet with over 100 dishes.
Compass Rose provides open, flexible seating with no fixed dining times, allowing guests to dine freely according to their schedule. The elegant atmosphere and refined service are signatures of this venue. The menu changes daily and includes a wide range of classic continental and international dishes, and guests may even customise their main course to suit personal preferences.
Sette Mari at La Veranda – Authentic Italian Evenings
At dinnertime, La Veranda transforms into Sette Mari, offering traditional family-style Italian cuisine along with semi-buffet selections. Located on Deck 12, it allows diners to enjoy their meal outdoors while watching the sunset.
The menu includes classic Italian antipasti, pastas, fresh seafood, hearty meat entrées, and traditional desserts like tiramisu. For those craving authentic Italian flavours, Sette Mari is the perfect choice.
The Pool Grill – Casual Dining with Ocean Views
The Pool Grill is a popular dining spot after returning from shore excursions, as it is open until 4 pm daily.. Here, you can enjoy casual fare and buffet options in a relaxed atmosphere—perfect for reading, scrolling through your phone, or simply admiring the sea while you eat.
