Hampton Court

Hampton Court: Exclusive Residence Club

Designed by London-based interior architecture and design studio BradyWilliams, Hampton Court is Londoner Grand’s stunning residence club, featuring a design inspired by the iconic Hampton Court Palace in England. Key to the design vision was ensuring an exclusive-private-residence club ambience, achieved with sumptuous jewel tones, ornate brass work, and luxurious fabrics, creating a space that is sophisticated, indulgent, and welcoming. 

The club offers hotel guests international breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails. It also serves a sensational international dinner buffet open to hotel guests and the public.

Buffet Dinner at Henry’s Kitchen

The extravagant international dinner buffet at Henry’s Kitchen features over 110 tempting choices. In addition to a generous selection of traditional options (chilled seafood, sashimi, charcuterie, carvery etc.) there is an indulgent range of decadent specialities, including seared foie gras with black truffle, and Chinese suckling pig. Rounding out the gastronomic abundancy is an à la carte menu of jet-fresh seafood dishes prepared à la minute. The evening sweetly finishes with custom-themed desserts from Jester’s Corner.

Chiado

Chiado: Michelin Selected Restaurant

When in Macao do as the Macanese do, and dine on Portuguese fare at Chiado. The mastermind behind Chiado is two-Michelin-starred celebrity chef, Henrique Sá Pessoa who brings the best of Portugal to Macao.

With seven restaurants, including four in Portugal, Sá Pessoa is a leading figure in the modern Portuguese culinary scene. He also has an ongoing culinary series, Comtradição, shown on Portugal's 24Kitchen TV channel and streamed on Disney+, and has written numerous cookbooks.

In 2009, he opened his first flagship restaurant, Alma, which in 2015 he relocated to the heart of Lisbon. The relocated Alma was larger, more sophisticated and highly successful, securing a Michelin star the following year. In 2018, this signature restaurant was awarded two Michelin stars for its innovative cuisine, which it still holds. In 2022, he was ranked in the top 100 chefs in the world by the prestigious The Best Chef awards, an achievement of which he is justifiably proud.

Chef Sá Pessoa’s concept for Chiado is defined by using premium quality ingredients, carefully prepared to allow the ingredients to shine and are elegantly presented. This is complemented by an extensive wine cellar focusing on Portuguese classics, and warm, friendly service. 

Don’t miss out on some of the restaurant’s signature dishes, including suckling pig confit with turnip top purée, pickled onion, pepper jus; 'Cobblestreet' salted cod, egg yolk, onion purée; red prawn, bread stew, sea lettuce; sea flavours and citrus, yuzu sorbet, crystallized algae; and chocolate bomb, salted caramel and hazelnut sorbet.

“Costa a Costa” Degustation Journey

Sá Pessoa’s Costa a Costa menu, which translates as Coast to Coast, is a demonstration of his prowess, bringing diners an outstanding gourmet experience that celebrates seafood in every course. The entire menu is a celebration of Sá Pessoa’s signature cuisine style, “tasteful cuisine”, which he describes as refined taste, perfect technique and excellent produce.

Chelsea Garden : Contemporary Food Hall with Alfresco Ambience

Open 24 hours, Chelsea Garden takes diners on a culinary journey through an exciting gastronomic ode to quintessential and classic dishes from popular regional Chinese cuisines: Cantonese, Taiwanese, Hunan, Sichuan, and Chiu Chow. It also showcases the best of iconic Hong Kong café classics and Macanese delicacies. 

Signature dishes include Barbecued pork glazed with osmanthus syrup and Smoked crispy pigeon with jasmine flower fresh from the BBQ kitchen, baked pork chop rice with cheese, and “Macanese-style” crab congee. There is also an extensive dim sum selection including The Flower Sisters shrimp dumplings of four interpretations of har gow - original, carrot with hot and sour, spinach with quinoa, and truffle and mushroom.

North Palace

North Palace: Savor Authentic Northern Chinese Cuisine

North Palace sets the stage for showcasing the very best of Northern Chinese cuisine. Designed to engage guests on arrival, with the rich and fragrant aroma of roast duck from Beijing, lamb from Inner Mongolia and flat breads from Xinjiang all combining to ignite the senses. These classic dishes are prepared in a traditional duck oven, an open fire pit, and rotisserie grills, respectively, that are on display in the heart of the restaurant. Taking cues from the aristocratic residences of Northern China, the elegant North Palace features rich interiors of red and gold, with auspicious symbols of good fortune throughout.
