Our journey began with a visit to the renowned Prado Museum, home to some of the world’s most famous artworks. Led by guide Marijn Rudolf, we delved into the museum’s masterpieces, gaining a deeper appreciation for these iconic creations. Rudolf’s detailed explanations brought the paintings to life, allowing us to connect with the genius of the artists on display.

After leaving the Prado, we headed to Canalejas Shopping Center, a historic building transformed into a luxurious mall that fuses art and history. The elegant architecture and modern interior design perfectly showcase how Madrid respects its past while embracing the future. Canalejas offers not just a shopping experience, but a cultural immersion that blends art, history, and luxury.

Our day ended at El Corte Ingles Castellana, where we enjoyed both shopping and a delicious dinner. This iconic department store is a hallmark of Spain, offering everything from fashion to gourmet cuisine.
