EVA Air has won more accolades, this time from Travel + Leisure’s readers as one of the “World’s Best” 10 Favourite International Airlines of 2023. Based on their experiences with cabin comfort, in-flight service, customer service and value, readers responding to the publication’s annual “World’s Best Awards” survey ranked EVA 10th.
“We are continually improving and upgrading EVA’s digital services. At the same time, we are collaborating with luxury-brand leaders such as Giorgio Armani, FURLA, Kipling and Jason Wu, creating brand-new amenity kits and pyjamas for Royal Laurel and Premium Economy Class passengers,” said EVA President Clay Sun. “We are also elevating the in-flight dining experience with more to choose from, including a selection of the world’s most famous China traditional food, Cantonese cuisine, and creative new desserts. We aim to make our flights as comfortable and enjoyable as possible for every passenger.”
The “World’s Best Awards” survey was available to “Travel + Leisure” readers from October 24, 2022 through February 27, 2023. Covering 122 lists of favourites, approximately 165,000 “Travel + Leisure” readers completed the 2023 survey and casted more than 685,000 votes.
“I personally want to thank our passengers from around the globe for their ongoing support of EVA. I also want to thank our entire staff who, throughout the three years of COVID-related lockdowns, worked tirelessly to improve the quality of our products and services,” said President Sun. “Now, as passenger demand climbs back toward pre-pandemic heights, we are accelerating introductions of new services, and are looking forward to giving travellers new and better experiences.”
